Description

Avocado Mango salsa recipe is tangy-sweet-spicy. This salsa is quick and easy to make with very simple ingredients from your pantry.

Ingredients
  • 1 Ripe Mango (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1 Avocado (peeled, pitted and diced)
  • 1 small/½ cup Red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
  • 1 small/½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl toss together mango, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño and cilantro.

  2. Gently fold in diced avocado, lime juice and season with salt.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips or as side dish.
