In a mixing bowl, pour in together – water, sweetened condensed milk, and pudding mix.
Mix well until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until it sets up.
In a big wide bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Get everything ready before you start layering up the puding.
Add whipped cream and pudding mixture in a bowl. Working in thirds, fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well incorporated. Fold very gently.
Get ready with sliced banana, vanilla wafers before the next step.
In a trifle bowl, layer vanilla wafers followed by pudding mixture and sliced bananas; repeat until you’ve used up all the pudding mixture.
Refrigerate for at least another 2 hours or overnight before serving.
