Description

This Mango Lemonade is super refreshing and healthy punch. Perfect drink to keep you cool, refreshing and energized this summer.

Ingredients
  • 1 Ripe mango (peeled & pit removed)
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Sugar/agave or any choice of sweetener
  • 3 cups Water/sparkling water
  • Mint leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions
  1. Peel and chunk mango. In a blender pour in chunked mango with ½ cup of water and puree until smooth. Strain if required.

  2. Pour in  lemon juice & sugar; stir until combined.

  3. Add remaining 2 ½ cup of water stir to combine.

  4. In a serving glass add ice and pour lemonade. Serve chilled
