Description

Pineapple-Spinach juice with hint of ginger is Vitamin & Iron pack juice. This healthy juice may ease arthritis, prevent some types of cancer, atherosclerosis and helps to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases.

Ingredients (Servings - 1 cup)
  • 2 cup Baby spinach
  • 2 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 inch Ginger
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut pineapple into chunks. Wash baby spinach leaves.

  2. Press spinach, pineapple and ginger through a juice extractor. If you don’t have juice extractor, blend the ingredients in blender and strain. Stir and serve immediately.

Note

 You can alternate 2 cups spinach with 1 cup spinach and 1 cup Romaine lettuce or kale also.
