Tie the yogurt in a piece of muslin and hang it overnight over a bowl, in a refrigerator, to drain the whey. See Recipe Notes for detail recipe.
Soak the saffron in warm milk and keep aside.
Transfer the hung curd into a bowl and add sugar the cardamom powder; whip till smooth.
Add soaked saffron, and mix well.
