Whipped Cream with Cream Cheese Frosting

This frosting is a little variation done with regular vanilla whipped cream frosting. This frosting is unbelievably delicious.

Ingredients (Servings - 4 cups)
  • 400 ml or 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  1. Place the cream cheese in bowl and softened it with using spatula. keep aside.

  2. Pour the heavy whipping cream in a big bowl and whisk on medium-high speed until it just starts to thicken. 

  3. Add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, mix using spatula.

  4. Slow the speed down to medium and gradually pour in the sugar and vanilla essence, continue to whisk until soft peaks form.

  5. Your cream is done when it holds soft peak shapes.

  • Add flavor to whipped cream by adding extracts, liqueurs, or spices etc. just add them with the sugar in step 3.
  • Always make whipped cream in advance, cool it in refrigerator and later use.
  • Leftover whipped cream can be refrigerated covered for few days.
