Description

Fresh Garlic Chutney is a must-have ingredient if you wish to recreate the magic of Indian street food!!! Made with easily available ingredients like garlic, chili powder and lemon juice, this chutney is super quick and goes very well with classic roadside recipes like Kutchhi Dabeli, Paav Bhaji and Sev Puri.  

Ingredients
    (This recipe serves ½ cup)
  • ¼ cups Fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • ¼ Tsp. Sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ¼ Water (or as required)
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients with approx. ¼ cup of water in a grinder. Grind it into a smooth paste.

  2. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate. Use as required.

  3. I used this recipe while makingKutchhi Dabeli and served with PaavBhaaji.
