Description

Mint coriander is a very easy recipe made from ingredients easily available in your kitchen. Mint coriander chutney usually used as a spread for sandwiches or with chaats, pakoras, and samosas or with any savory snack.

Ingredients (Servings - 1 cup)
  • cup Fresh Coriander  (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanuts  (roasted, optional)
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1-2 Green chilies
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • ½ Tsp. Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tsp. Chat masala
  • ½ Tsp. Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Chop coriander, mint, chilies, ginger and garlic very roughly.

  2. In a mixer grind all the above ingredients along with chopped one into a smooth paste using very little water.

  3. Mix salt in the chutney.

  4. Enjoy this mouthwatering chutney with Pakora, Samosas or with any Indian Chaats or Snacks.

Note
  • Avoid using peanuts in case of allergies.
  • Peanuts give thickness to chutney as well as taste.
  • Chaat Masala and Garlic cloves are also optional. Avoid if doesn’t suits to your taste.
  • Store the Mint Coriander chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
