In a bowl add yogurt, water and sugar. Mix it well to make pouring consistency yogurt mix. The yogurt mix should be thick but with a flowing consistency.

For dry spice mix, mix everything well and keep aside.
Chop onion, tomatoes and coriander and keep aside.
You can use leftover dhokla or fresh dhokla to make this chaat.
Arrange Dhoklas in a serving plate. Top it with yogurt mix, and sprinkle some dry spice mix.
Next add meethi chutney and green chutney as per your taste.
