Description

This one is a very quick and easy recipe to make crispy crunchy Masala peanuts at home. 

Ingredients (Servings - ½ cup)
  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • ¼ Tsp. Red chili powder
  • A pinch Turmeric powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Mango powder/Amchur
  • ¼ Tsp. Black salt
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add oil in a wide pan and add peanuts to it. Roast peanuts till golden brown and crispy.

  2. Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit. Next add in remaining dry masalas and mix well.

  3. Masala peanuts are ready to serve.
