Oats Vegetable Soup is a quick recipe prepared in no time and perfect for cold winter’s day. Loaded with goodness of oats and vegetable, this soup makes perfect comfort meal.
Finely chop celery, carrot, garlic and beans. Thaw vegetables if using frozen one like pea, corn and beans.
Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic & celery. Sauté until it smells good.
Add rolled oats and roast it for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
Add chopped vegetable and give everything a nice mix. Sauté everything for 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper powder.
Add water and give everything a nice boil. Cook for 7-8 minutes or until vegetable are cooked. Pour more water if required.
