Description

These sweet spicy-savory sandwiches are perfect combination of crispy samosa, fresh onion -tomato salad and chutneys sandwiched between soft bread.

Ingredients
  • 8 slice White bread (any bread of your choice)
  • Butter (As required)
  • 1/4 cup Green chutney (see notes for recipe)
  • 1/4 cup Tamarind/Imli chutney (see notes for recipe)
  • 4regular/8 small Samosas (see notes for recipe)
  • 1 medium Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 small Onion (sliced)
  • 1-2 Tsp. Chaat masala (or as required)
  • Sev (For garnishing)
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Coriander (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Heat the sandwich grill. Butter 4 bread slices lightly.

  2. Apply green chutney on two slices and tamarind/imli chutney on other two over the butter.

  3. Crush and place samosas over green chutney slice. Add sliced tomatoes.

  4. Next add a layer of sliced onion and sprinkle chaat masala as per your taste.

  5. Top it with tamarind/imli slice bread. Butter the outside of the sandwich flipping carefully. Grill until crisp and golden. 

  6. Cut the sandwiches in 2 or 4 pieces, garnish with sev and chopped coriander. Serve hot.

  7. Repeat the process to make rest of the sandwiches.
