- Chop strawberry, onion, jalapeño and cilantro. In a large bowl stir in the strawberries, jalapeño, onion and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Squeeze in lemon for acidity and maple/honey for sweetness as per your taste.
- If your strawberries are nice and juicy, serve immediately with tortilla chips. Else keep it aside for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
- Store leftovers Salsa refrigerated in an airtight box up to 3 days.
