Step by Step Instructions

  1. Wash baby spinach leaves, apple and celery. Cut into big chunks. Peel ginger piece and get ready.
  2. Press spinach, apple, celery and ginger through a juice extractor. If you don’t have juice extractor, blend the ingredients in blender and strain. Stir and serve immediately.

Note

 You can alternate 2 cups spinach with 1 cup spinach and 1 cup Romaine lettuce or kale also.
