Red chili-garlic chutney is a spicy, tangy and rich flavor. This chutney is generally served with Momo or dumpling. This chutney can also be served with Idli, Dosa, Paranthas or with chillas.

Step by Step Instruction with Photos
- Soak whole red chili overnight or for 2-3 hours in warm water.
- Grind all the ingredients except oil and cumin seeds to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and when cumin starts sizzling add the chili garlic paste, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve with immediately or store refrigerated. This chutney taste best when served with Momos or with many more Indian recipes.
