Chili sesame chutney is a creamy, spicy, tangy and rich flavored preparation generally served with Momo or dumpling. This recipe is mild in taste than red chili- garlic chutney. Proportion of sesame can be altered as per your requirement. More sesame means milder the taste.

Ingredients (Servings - ½ cup)
Instructions

Soak whole red chili overnight or for 2-3 hours in warm water.

Roast white sesame and keep aside to cool down

Take all the ingredients and grind them to a smooth paste.

Serve with immediately or store refrigerated. This chutney taste best when served with Momos or with many more Indian recipes.
