Mango-Tomato salsa is super easy recipe to prepare. This colorful dish is sweet, tangy, spicy and full flavors and goes very well with chips, tacos or serves as a salad itself.
Ingredients (Servings - 1 cup)
Instructions

Chopped tomato, red bell pepper, onion, coriander, and jalapeno. Chop mangoes into chunks and mince the garlic.

Place all the chopped, minced and chunked ingredients in a big bowl.

Squeeze on the lime juice from 1 lime/lemon, sprinkle a generous pinch of salt and black pepper powder, mix well.

Taste and add more salt or lime/lemon juice if required.

Cover, and allow to rest at least 30 minutes or longer before serving.
