A very simple & easy recipe to prepare sweet Pudina Chutney. Pudina chutney can be prepared both ways; sweet or savory. The very core ingredients not to be missed out while making this recipe is “Clove”. The combination of aromatic clove and sweet fragrance of mint is purely bliss.
This chutney goes very well with Indian chaats and can be served as side dish in Indian cuisine. I prepared this to serve with Moong Daal stuffed Tikki. Click here for more Indian chaats and Pakoras recipes.
