- In a pan lightly roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper corn on medium low heat.
- Now switch off the flames and add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, anardana powder and salt.
- Let everything cool down a bit and then grind it into a powder. Keep aside for further use.
- Use immediately or store refrigerated into the airtight container up to 6 months
