Step by Step Instruction with Photos

  1. In a pan lightly roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper corn on medium low heat.
  1. Now switch off the flames and add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, anardana powder and salt.
  1. Let everything cool down a bit and then grind it into a powder. Keep aside for further use.
  1. Use immediately or store refrigerated into the airtight container up to 6 months
