Perfect Boondi Raita Recipe

Boondi Raita is very common Indian side dish served with Biryani, Pulao or any North Indian recipes.  Boondi are small deep fried crispy balls made with gram flour. Boondi Raita recipe is prepared with plain or masala boondi dipped in yogurt based thin consistency dip with flavorful dry spices.

A very easy and quick recipe made with very simple ingredients. You can use plain Boondi as well as Masala Boondi for this recipe. I have used here homemade bond here which is really easy to make. Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl whip yogurt until smooth. Add water as required if yogurt is too thick.

  2. Add cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, sugar and stir well. Adjust Dry spices as per your preferences. 

  3. Add Boondi and coriander leaves and mix well.

  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and dry spices. The Boondi raita is ready to serve.
