Boondi Raita is very common Indian side dish served with Biryani, Pulao or any North Indian recipes.
Ingredients

In a big bowl whip yogurt until smooth. Add water as required if yogurt is too thick.

Add cumin powder, red chili powder, black salt, sugar and stir well. Adjust Dry spices as per your preferences.

Add Boondi and coriander leaves and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and dry spices. The Boondi raita is ready to serve.
