1. Chop coriander, mint, chilies, ginger and garlic very roughly.
2. In a mixer grind all the above ingredients along with chopped one into a smooth paste using very little water.
3. Mix salt in the chutney.
4. Enjoy this mouthwatering chutney with Pakora, Samosas or with any Indian Chaats or Snacks.

Note
- Avoid using peanuts in case of allergies.
- Peanuts give thickness to chutney as well as taste.
- Chaat Masala and Garlic cloves are also optional. Avoid if doesn’t suits to your taste.
- Store the Mint Coriander chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
